Youth Development Specialist, Full-time

The Youth Development Specialist assists with coordinating, planning and implementing of group activities, facilitates group sessions, and provides a safe learning environment for our clients and their families.

Group Facilitator, Full-time

The Group Facilitator assists with coordinating, planning and implementing of group activities, facilitates group sessions, and provides a safe learning environment for our clients and their families.  Works cooperatively with Care Managers to assist in implementing individualized service plans to help clients build targeted skills and reach established goals.

Residential Counselor I & II 

The Residential Counselor provides a safe and healthy environment for all residents, serving as a role model for girls.  Supervises residents in all aspects of their daily living routines.  Works at least two shifts (16 hours) per week, in order to develop and build healthy relationships with residents.  Provides transportation for residents to school if needed.  Provides crisis intervention. Other duties as assigned.
