Program Director

The Program Director serves on the management team to provide leadership and oversight for all Gwen’s Girls programs and services which includes prevention/reunification, education, volunteer/mentoring and the group home.  The Program Director manages the day-to-day aspects of programs and services including the supervision of staff, monitoring, evaluation and planning of program services.

Group Home Manager

The Group Home Manager is responsible for the overall management of the day to day operations of the residential program.  They oversee the department by planning, developing, managing and evaluating services and supervising the direct care staff and ensuring compliance with licensure.

Youth Development Specialist I & II

The Youth Development Specialist assists with coordinating, planning and implementing of group activities, facilitates group sessions, and provides a safe learning environment for our clients and their families.

Youth Development Supervisor

The Youth Development Supervisor provides leadership and oversight of all program services to ensure that the agency’s theoretical framework, mission and goals are implemented and maintained at an assigned program site.

Driver / Case Aide

Driver/Case Aide works in the afterschool program to provide the transportation for clients in our afterschool.  They transport clients to and from afterschool program, community activities and their homes.  They also assist with the supervision of clients during programming.

The Youth Care Worker’s work in the residential program to ensure a safe environment for our clients; coordinate, plan and implement group activities; facilitates group sessions; provides transportation support; and works cooperatively with the Care Manager on implementation of  an individualized service plan designed to help clients build targeted skills and reach established goals.

Research Coordinator

Coordinates and administers research associated activities conducted through GJEI. Assists in project planning and ensures that pre-established work scope, study protocol, and regulatory requirements are followed. Recruits and coordinates research subjects, as appropriate, and serves as principle administrative liaison for the project. Oversees and coordinates the provision of administrative and staff services to director the investigators; develops and maintains recordkeeping systems and procedures.
