Job Opportunities
- Care Manager
The Care Manager
develops individual goal plans in partnership with the girls, her family and other stakeholders; coordinates both internal and external resources; and ensures the provision of quality service delivery.
Education/Knowledge Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Social Work, or related field. Experience working with special needs/at-risk children and families required. Basic computer knowledge required. Ability to work as a team member. Good written and verbal communications skills necessary, as well as an ability to develop rapport with clients and families and help girls set and achieve goals & establish appropriate boundaries. Must have an understanding of and respect for the cultural diversity of clients, volunteers and staff throughout the provision of services.

Residential Counselor - Part-time
The Residential Counselor
supervises the residents in all aspects of their daily living routines, serving as a role model for the girls. Maintains group rules for emotional and physical safety. Works cooperatively with staff and treatment team to assist in implementing individualized service plans to help the girls build targeted skills and reach program goals.
Education/Knowledge Requirement:
A high school diploma or GED. Demonstrated experience in working with youth and children. Strong interpersonal relationship and communication skills necessary. Ownership of a reliable vehicle, a valid driver's license and proof of insurance required. Minimum age requirement is 21 years old.
