Current Employment Opportunities:

  • Care Manager, Full-time
    Develops individual goal plans in partnership with the girls, her family and other stakeholders; coordinates both internal and external resources; and ensures the provision of quality service delivery.

    Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work, or related field. Experience working with special needs/at-risk children and families required. Ability to work as a team member. Good written and verbal communications skills necessary, as well as an ability to develop rapport with clients and families and help girls set and achieve goals & establish appropriate boundaries. Must have an understanding of and respect for the cultural diversity of clients, volunteers and staff throughout the provision of services.

    Must have a valid driver's license, own an automobile and have automobile insurance in the minimum amount of 300/100. Proof of these requirements must be presented upon hiring.

  • Summer Camp Counselor
    Facilitates summer sessions by following established schedule for activities, field trips and groups. Creates and maintains a safe and productive environment for group work. Assists with coordinating, planning and implementing free-time activities based on the 10 Life Domains' Curriculum. Seeks out age-appropriate and relevant activities for our girls in surrounding communities; and makes all necessary arrangements for girls to participate.

    Requirements: High School Diploma. Must have a minimum of two years working with special needs/at-risk children and families in groups or similar camp situations. Strong problem solving, interpersonal relationship and communications skills necessary. Must demonstrate an understanding of and respect for the cultural diversity of clients, volunteers and staff throughout the provision of services.

  • Education Liaison
    Works directly with girls to deliver academic advocacy and support, career education, and life skills related to their Pathway Plan educational goals through interactive groups, individualized projects, contact with local school districts and partnerships in the community.  Conducts academic assessments, provides academic support, and conducts remediation efforts.

    Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Education, Social Work, Human Services, or related field required. Experience working with special needs/at-risk children and families preferred. Basic computer skills needed. Good written and verbal communications skills necessary, as well as an ability to develop rapport with clients. Strong organizational, problem solving, interpersonal relationship and communications skills necessary.

  • Vocational Support Specialist
    Works directly with girls to deliver academic support, career education, and life skills related to their Pathway Plan goals through interactive groups, individual projects, and partnerships in the community. Recruits job shadowing sites in the community and facilitates both individual and group job shadow experiences.

    Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Education, Social Work, Human Services, or related field required. Experience working with special needs/at-risk children and families preferred. Basic computer skills needed. Good written and verbal communications skills necessary, as well as an ability to develop rapport with clients.
